gay straight aliance is a deviantART account created so that all the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Transsexual people of deviantART and their friends and supporters can gather together to share there Queer themed artwork and support each other.

Do I have to submit art to be a member?
Nope, it is not necessary to submit art to gaysraightaliance to be a member. If you would like to be part of the gay community but feel you have nothing to contribute, your presence here is still welcome. Of course, if you do have art to submit here, we look forward to seeing it!

Do I have to be out of the closet to be a member? Can I be a member and remain unlisted?
Of course. We don't want to rush anyone in the coming out process, although we are here in full support of anyone who is dealing with those issues. We have several members who have wished to remain anonymous.

I'm heterosexual but I support you all, can I be a member?
Of course! We don't discriminate against anybody. Friends of gaysraightaliance is for friends and supporters of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered or Transsexual people. You can also show your support by putting Friend of DAPride in your signature or journal.
